ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Chain Reaction program was inspired by the Rube Goldberg machine, a mechanical device that works in a complex way to achieve a simple task.
In groups of 2-6 people, you and your teammates will design your own Rube Goldberg-inspired machine that performs a simple task in a very complex way. This program can work in two different ways: competitive or collaborative. First, you are subdivided into smaller teams to create individual Rube Goldberg machines. However, you can also choose to work together in a larger team to make a BIG one.
This activity requires some serious collaboration and communication skills between employees to create innovative designs. Participants are given the opportunity to build communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills while working together to build a seamless device.
Annual events, corporate mergers, department outings, product introductions, or international team integration events are the perfect opportunity for this team building activity.
